Our rooms were lovely, and the bathroom was in great shape. The location here is top-notch, super close to where we needed to be for the football game and exploring the local attractions. 🏈

Hotel had all the basics, plus nice to have refrigerator and iron in each room. No frills but clean and comfortable with very friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and access to our needs was easy. Person at the counter was pleasant and efficient.

Room was very small and only one chair was in the room. Someone was uncomfortable having to set on the bed. The breakfast could have been better also. The rolls were not fresh and the selection was limited.

The hotel was reasonably priced and neat in a downtown area. The staff members were patient and attentive. Booked a room in bathroom whatsoever. The service was good as we had expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western in South Bend. The location was very convenient, close to downtown and near South Bend for the football game. The pricing was fair and we found it to be a great value for what we paid.

The breakfast was amazing! I loved the variety of options and the waffles were delicious. Although the room was a bit outdated, the cleanliness was top-notch. I had a great stay at a great value.

Proximity to Notre Dame University It was quiet. Shower and air conditioning were fine.

No elevator but desk staff carried my bag to 2nd floor. As it was a football game week end, the price for room was marked up from $140 for a non game two night stay to $429.38! for 2 nights.Bedding was worn. Toilet ceramic was cracked.

The rooms & beds were way too small & dingy for the price we paid. The towels were so thin & small. The coffee maker was gross. The floor of bathtub was dirty. Price didn't match quality of room.
